Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date. Merchandise must be unworn, with the tickets attached with the original attaching device for a full merchandise refund.

To find out the status of your order, call our toll free number at 1-800-300-5307 and our sales associates will assist you during our business hours. If you are unable to call during our business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call the next business day or you can Email Us or go to the CONTACT US section of this web site and we will help you.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Optima, and PayPal.
How much is shipping?
Regular ground shipping is free for all orders over $100 to street addresses in the Continental United States. Regular ground shipping is a flat rate of $7 for all orders under $100 to street addresses in the continental United States. A flat rate of $15 will be charged to any order being sent to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and APOs. Orders within the continental United States requesting USPS delivery will also be charged a flat rate of $15. Any box sent outside the USA will be shipped via USPS and will charged a flat rate of $35 and $3 for each additional item. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Can you ship outside the United States?
We ship anywhere globally. International orders will be shipped Via USPS. To expedite international shipping, please use American Express or PayPal as payment method. Please be aware that international orders paid with Visa or Mastercard can be delayed up to 10 business days to verify the billing address. Billing and shipping addresses must match in order to process your order. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Do you have a size chart available?
Distinctions carries many different designers and vendors and we offer a huge variety of styles. We have learned that because there is no industry standard, sizes can vary greatly. To give a more accurate representation, we are including the length and width for tops, dresses, and skirts, stride and inseam measurements for pants. For tops and dresses, the length is measured from the base of the shoulder down to the hemline. The width across the chest is measured from seam to seam underneath the arms. For skirts, the length is from the top of the waistband down to the hemline and the width across the widest part at the hip is measured from seam to seam.
